Genesis: art show for a cause

I am super honored and excited to have been asked to curate a show for the PH8 foundation. The PH8 foundation  is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing safe and clean drinking water to children and students in underdeveloped countries all around the world.The show will include some well-known and up-and-coming artists from the city of Los Angeles and a few friends from out of town.please take the time to look up the PH8 foundation on Facebook or http://ph8foundation.org/ for more information in regards to what they do and how they do it.

All of the proceeds from the art so will go directly to the PH8 foundation

We are going to be asking for a $10 donation at the door. All the art will be sold via silent auction during the event. Please come to support a really wonderful cause.

Dark progressivism: Mathematica II at the Art Gathering LA

Arts Gathering LA is going down this weekend in Long Beach on the legendary Queen Mary. The gathering brings together tattoo artist, fine art painters, Muralists and sculptors in an open fair market place. I was asked to participate by our friends at dark progressivism. Mathematica II pays homage to the exhibition Mathematica. 

Headphones Sold Out!

I had an opportunity to work with a great California company called Velodyne. I was asked to design these custom headphone skins for them. Unfortunately the headphone market is flooded with too many similar products so not so many people know about these amazing pieces of audio gear. Big thanks to Velodyne and to all the supporters out there that purchased these.

Tribute to FISHMAN

For those that don't know much about Lucha Libre (Mexican Wrestling), FISHMAN was a legend. He held similar legendary status and lengthy career to American counterparts Hulk Hogan and Rick Flair. For my contribution to next weeks LA BULLA art show I decided to pay homage to one of the greatest luchadores to ever put on the mask, the one and only FISHMAN. An obvious and perfect fit. LA BULLA art show

I am just putting some finishing touches on my piece for the LA BULLA, art show in East LA at Plaza de la Raza, curated by Man One and Crewest. The opening night will be a big party featuring Live Lucha Libre matches, live painting, face painting, classic cars, photo booth, drinks, etc...  Come down to what should be a pretty happing party.

I am very excited that this series of prints will soon be released. I was very fortunate to be selected as one of 13 graffiti artists to work with Jim Reid master printer for Gemini G.E.L. on one of his last edition before retiring. Other artists in the group include Axis, Defer, Gajin Fujita, Big Sleeps, Eye one, to name just a few. I will post more images and info once these drop.
